Pair of needles 5mm (No 6)
One cable needle
Size
54” long and 8” broad
Tension/ Gauge
6 sts and 8 rows to 1 inch over st-st using no 6 needles
Pattern Disappearing Cable
K: Knit
P: Purl
C6F (Cable 6 Front): slip next 3 sts onto a cable needle and hold at front of work, knit next 3 sts from left hand needle, then knit sts from cable needle.
C6B (Cable 6 Back): slip next 3 sts onto a cable needle and hold at back of work, knit next 3 sts from left hand needle, then knit sts from cable needle.
T6F (Twist 6 Front): slip next 3 sts onto a cable needle and hold at front of work, purl next 3 sts from left hand needle, then knit sts from cable needle.
T6B (Twist 6 Back): slip next 3 sts onto a cable needle and hold at back of work, knit next 3 sts from left hand needle, then purl sts from cable needle.
Cast on 44 sts on No 6 needles
1st row: * k1, p1*to end.
2nd row: *p1, k1* to end.
Above two rows form moss/seed st and is repeated 3 times.
